  • Physiological Needs: Basic necessities like food, water, sleep, and shelter.

  • Esteem Needs: Self-respect, recognition, and achievements.
    Tip: Build confidence and recognize your professional and personal accomplishments.

  • Self-Actualization: Personal growth, creativity, and fulfillment.
    Tip: Strive for continuous learning and reaching your potential.
