Welcome to Alexia’s Substack a publication by Life Betterment Theough God, LLC dba Knoxville Happiness Coalition. By subscribing, purchasing, or participating in any offerings provided through this platform—including free, paid, or sponsored tiers—you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Overview of Offerings
Alexia’s Substack provides content and experiences across three tiers:
Free Subscription – Access to select newsletter content and updates
Paid Subscription – Access to premium content, resources, and course materials
Sponsored Partnership – Brand collaboration opportunities, promotional features, and extended visibility across platforms
Each tier is subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Individual Use
All subscriptions, course purchases, and content access are intended for individual use only.
Any purchase or participation on behalf of an organization, team, or business entity requires prior written agreement. For organizational licensing or partnerships, you must contact Alexia directly before completing payment. Alexia@knoxvillehappinesscoalition.com
3. Payments & Billing
Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on selection).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue through the end of your billing period.
No partial refunds are provided.
Sponsored Partnerships
Sponsorships are billed annually via the provided payment link.
Sponsorships automatically renew on the anniversary of the initial purchase date.
A reminder will be sent one week prior to renewal.
You may cancel at any time before renewal to avoid being charged for the next term.
4. All Sales Final
Due to the digital nature of content and immediate access upon purchase:
All sales are final
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued
Exceptions apply only where required by applicable law
This applies to subscriptions, courses, and sponsorships. We will contest charge backs based on these terms of service.
5. Sponsored Partnership Benefits
Upon confirmation of sponsorship, you can expect:
Feature placement on the About page including your logo and brand description
Opportunity to participate in a podcast feature to share your story and mission
Option to submit a featured article, which may be pinned in the newsletter
Visibility on the Knoxville Happiness Coalition website
Extended exposure through speaking engagements, media features, and events
Inclusion in community-driven initiatives, including the annual World Happiness Fellowship event
Sponsorship benefits are active for one year from the date of purchase.
6. Educational Content & Courses
Subscribers may receive access to course materials and resources designed for personal and professional development.
SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs)
Where applicable:
Courses may be approved for SHRM PDCs for SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® recertification
Approval does not guarantee credit
Each participant is responsible for:
Retaining their certificate of completion
Accurately submitting required information to the SHRM portal
Meeting all SHRM eligibility requirements and deadlines
The provider is not responsible for denied credits due to user error or non-compliance.
7. Certificates of Completion
Certificates are issued solely for documentation of participation and learning.
They do not:
Confer professional licensure
Grant certification beyond stated eligibility
Replace formal accreditation or credentialing
8. Intended Use
All content—including newsletters, courses, and materials—is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided constitutes:
Legal advice
Medical or mental health advice
Professional or clinical guidance
You are encouraged to seek qualified professionals for specific advice tailored to your situation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content is the exclusive property of Life Betterment Through God, LLC dba Knoxville Happiness Coalition.
By subscribing or purchasing access, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
Share login access
Resell or sublicense content
Use materials for organizational training without permission
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Life Betterment Through God, LLC shall not be liable for any damages—direct or indirect—arising from:
Use or misuse of content
Inability to access materials
Reliance on information provided
Your use of this platform is at your own discretion and risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
