We begin with an assessment of life areas including health: mental & physical, work, relational: family & friends, recreational, spiritual, financial, professional & personal development educational activities. You identify areas to work on and we prioritize them together. Our focus is to be realistic and optimistic with positivity, engagement, increasing relational capacity and connection, in a meaningful way to accomplish goals and make better decisions.
