We are in a fast food world where we expect automatic results. Mindset work is just that, work. This is like a physical exercise routine. We cannot walk into the gym today for the first time and lift 500 pounds without becoming seriously injured.
What about time?
Find your flow, paying attention to one task with full focus, making good use of time.
Self care is a productive use of time as you are important!
Remember habits take 63 days to build with consistent application.
Be patient with yourself with self-compassion.
