Identifying Behavioral Indicators of Trauma in Employees:

Physical symptoms like sleep disturbances or unexplained health issues can also serve as red flags. Leaders must be perceptive to these shifts, approaching team members with empathy and a genuine willingness to understand the underlying causes.
