In this exercise, participants need to understand that strengths extend beyond just job-related skills, encompassing interpersonal qualities as well. Encourage them to explore a diverse range of strengths.

Strengths Identification

Hands-On Example: Distribute a list of common workplace skills and strengths. Ask participants to circle or highlight those they believe represent their strengths. In pairs or small groups, encourage discussions on why they chose specific strengths. Emphasize the importance of recognizing and appreciating personal capabilities.

Tips:

  • Suggest that participants explore strengths beyond traditional job-related skills, including interpersonal qualities.
