Life is full of possibilities, and it is up to us to embrace that adventure. One thing is clear to me this month; we cannot do it alone. Most recently, I have been immersed in cultural exploration in Mexico, and on a recent trip, I learned about the Monarch Butterfly Migration in central Mexico. Valle de Bravo is a mountainous lake town close by to the natural sanctuary, and my visit there did not coordinate with the migration....next time for sure. Their story is one of intuition, unity, purposeful direction, and a little milkweed to help the process. Even a cloudy day does not deter them, as they have adapted to use this to their navigational advantage. The monarchs cannot migrate alone and survive. Below is a scarf designed by Pineda Covalin, a Mexican designer. Nature has its beauty, is calming, and reminds us of what is important in life. It's easy to get distracted, and we need perspective to manage the stress. Simply the act of listening to ourselves, one another, God, & nature…
