People invest in those they perceive are successful. We have to first believe in ourselves before others will.

If you accept the call to leadership, you must be willing to be misunderstood, criticized, opposed, accused, and even rejected. ~author unknown. We talk about normalcy of criticism and how to respond internally and with others.

Building a support system is integral to success in any supervisory role. We tackle the possibilities of different ways to create community.
