In the Condessa neighborhood, I ate a taco at El Pescadito. There are many highly rated taco places. I have to pace myself with the bakeries and such and have an excuse for another trip!
This taco was made of a chile relleno, deep fried shrimp, cheese, with toppings that were very fresh without any spice. I said…’no picante,’ and it went well as the pepper had enough spice for me.
So how do you eat a taco? Use your imagination with me. Pick it up with your hand (the non-dominant one), supporting with your dominant one, tilt your head, take a bite. If you approach it by tilting the taco, the filling will fall out of it. Take a try at this and let me know how it works for you.
