I recently saw the movie Barbie and found it had an interesting message. I heard women broke up with boyfriends after seeing the movie. As a solo female, I can say we as men and women are whole without a relationship. That other person will never complete you, make you happy or whole. This needs to occur solo. Then and only then are we healthy and ready for that relationship.

"Barbie" serves as a cinematic catalyst for happiness by encouraging individuals to confront societal expectations, embrace authenticity, and resist conformity. The film's exploration of female empowerment and the rejection of external standards becomes a powerful metaphor for the struggles women face today. Through the narrative's emphasis on collective empowerment and the call for authenticity, "Barbie" inspires a shift towards a more inclusive and empowering narrative, fostering happiness through individual identity and the celebration of diversity.
